Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

• The room rates are on per room per night basis.
• The above mentioned rates are only valid, if booked through conference
• Taxes applicable on as on April 2024, in case of any changes in tax structure by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate/Guest.
• Room booking is possible against 100% advance.
• The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills or any other services not mentioned above.
• Room check-in (1400hrs) / check-out time (1200hrs) is as per hotel policy. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
• The hotel room rates are valid from 15th to 18th October 2024 only, during the APA 2024. Rooms for pre or post conference dates will be confirmed as per availability.
• Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking with the conference organizers
