A city predominantly in red sand-stone, situated at a distance of 37 kms from Agra, was built by the Mughal Emperor Jalal-ud-din Mohammad Akbar, in honour of the great Sufi saint Sheikh Salim Chisti ; its magnificence and uniqueness offers a fine example of the emperor's architectural finesse. Akbar's tolerant religious views and interest in literature, architecture and fine arts gave the buildings at Fatehpur Sikri a charismatic blend of Islamic and Hindu elements in their style and design.
At Fatehpur Sikri during sunset and sunrise, the turrets and domes create shadows and silhouette against the copper red sky; which truly is an inspirational scene for a painter's canvas or the visitor's eyes.

Day 03: Agra – Delhi (210 Kms / 04 Hrs)
Wake up early to visit the Taj Mahal (Friday closed) at sunrise.
The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the right bank of the river Yamuna in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. It was commissioned in 1631 by the fifth Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan to house the tomb of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal; it also houses the tomb of Shah Jahan himself.

- Visit the Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula tomb
Agra Fort is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. The Agra fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site.It is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. The fort can be more accurately described as a walled city.
Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Bachcha Taj" or the "Baby Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal

Wake up early to visit famous Laxmi Narayan temple in the morning
Birla Temple which is also known as the Lakshmi Narayan Temple is one of the major temples and tourist attractions in Delhi which is located on Mandir Marg, west of Connaught Place. The beautiful temple which was constructed in the year 1938 by the industrialist BD Birla, is dedicated to Laxmi (the goddess of prosperity) and Narayana (the preserver) with the side temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, Krishna and Buddha. The temple is visited by a number of tourists coming from across the globe all throughout the year.
- Later visit Chandni Chowk the India’s busiest market in the morning. Take a rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk (Sundays Market closed), experience some authentic Indian street food and shopping for souvenirs.
In the heart of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk is a busy shopping area with markets full of spices, dried fruit, silver jewelry and vivid saris, while the narrow side streets are crowded with tiny shops selling essential oils, stationery and traditional Indian sweets.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast and checkout.
Visit Humayuns Tomb
This tomb, built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal.
Visit Qutub Minar
The Qutb Minar, also spelled Qutub Minar and Qutab Minar, is a minaret and "victory tower" that forms part of the Qutb complex, which lies at the site of Delhi's oldest fortified city, Lal Kot, founded by the Tomar Rajputs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of South Delhi, India.

Have a shopping stop as the Agra is famous for handmade and hand-knotted carpets made of silk, cotton, and wool. Intricate patterns are woven into these carpets. Also specially known for Stone Inlay works.

- After the breakfast pick up from the hotel in Jaipur and start the drive to Bharatpur, upon arrival visit Keoladeo Ghana National Park.
Cycle Rickshaw/Bicycles can be taken on rent. The National Park is a vast bird sanctuary and former royal game reserve in the north Indian state of Rajasthan. South of the ancient city of Bharatpur, the park’s woods and man-made wetlands protect over 350 species of migratory and resident birds, including herons, cormorants and eagles.
After finishing up the nature safari visit Deeg Palace.
Deeg Fort which encompasses the famous Deeg Palace was built by Maharaja Suraj Mal in 1730. Capital of the Jat rulers and located 32 km from Bharatpur, the Deeg Palace was built as a summer mansion and was heavily inspired by Mughal architecture. Being constantly under threat by the Mughals, Maharaja Suraj Mal built a large quadrangle shaped fortress around Deeg Palace to protect it from the invaders.
Start the drive back to Jaipur in the evening.

Day 01: Jaipur – Ranthambhore (180 Kms / 3.5 Hrs)

Ranthambore National Park,once a private game reserve of the royal House of Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park and Tiger Reserve is one of the world’s best known wilderness areas. Located 14 kilometres from Sawai Madhopur and at the junction of some of the geologically oldest mountain ranges - the Aravallis and Vindyas - Ranthambore offers some of the finest opportunities for sighting the magnificent tiger in the wild. A mix of rolling hills and crags, and meadows, lakes and rivulets, this dry-deciduous forest system is home to an incredible variety of flora and fauna. Apart from the tiger, you can also spot sloth bear, leopard, caracal, jackal, fox, hyena and mongoose at Ranthambore. The elusive Indian wolf too, has been spotted here occasionally. The dainty chital, sambhar deer, the blue bull antelope or nilgai, rhesus macaque, langur and an incredible variety of birds amidst a setting of dhok, fig and banyan trees makes a visit to this park a delight – for tourists and naturalists alike.
Basking crocodiles, king vulture on a snag, the scream of the serpent eagle, the alarm call of spotted deer are some sights and sounds that make this a safari experience like none other. The landscape is dominated by the 10th century fortress of Ranthambore while the valleys have numerous cenotaphs, ruins and abandoned settlements overcome by nature - testament to battles and romances of an era long gone. Mandawa Havelies
Jaipur – Mandawa – Jaipur (180 Kms / 3.5 Hrs per way drive)
- After the breakfast pick up from the hotel in Jaipur and start the drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival visit various famous havelies.
A small town in Rajasthan’s Shekhawati region, Mandawa is known as an ‘Open Art Gallery’ as it houses several havelis or merchant’s mansions that exude opulence and grandiosity. Mandawa is located close to the Silk Route which developed the area as a major trading spot for China and the Middle East in ancient India.
Mandawa is home to numerous havelis which were built as residential complexes for wealthy merchant families who lived in ancient Rajasthan. These havelis have a traditional look and feel with both exteriors and interiors decorated with mandala, mural and fresco artwork and Ragamala paintings. The art style of murals and the mandalas showcase a blending of diverse themes. The Raagmala paintings of the havelis depict the folk tales of the region. It also portrays the lives of the merchants’ families. The paintings later evolved and incorporated European culture as portrayed through the paintings of motor cars, airplanes or gramophones.
