Taj-ul-Masajid

Visit Taj-ul-Masajid, one of Bhopal's most impressive architectural landmarks.

The magnificent pink sandstone mosque features imposing minarets, large white domes and an expansive courtyard.

It is officially described by the Bhopal district administration as one of the largest mosques in Asia.

Visit duration: 40–45 minutes

Gohar Mahal

Proceed to Gohar Mahal, a beautiful historic palace overlooking the Upper Lake.

Built in 1820, the palace combines Hindu and Mughal architectural influences and reflects the fascinating history of Bhopal's women rulers.

Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum

Visit the highly acclaimed Madhya Pradesh Tribal Museum , one of the highlights of the city for visitors interested in Indian culture and art.

Upper Lake & Raja Bhoj Statue

Enjoy the scenic beauty of Upper Lake (Bhojtal), the landmark that gives Bhopal its famous identity as the “City of Lakes.”

The lake is associated with Raja Bhoj and offers excellent views, photography opportunities and a relaxing break from the city's heritage attractions.

Birla Mandir / Lakshmi Narayan Temple

A short visit to Birla Mandir, situated on Arera Hills, offering a peaceful atmosphere and elevated views over parts of Bhopal.
